Black Women's Blueprint operates as a reduced hierarchical member organization. Our organization strives to operate with equally distributed power regardless of titles, and ensures decision-making power by our member base, which includes male-identified individuals, youth, women and gender-fluid persons across a vareity of ethnicities. The organization’s eight board of directors and nearly 180 volunteers on the advisory board are reflective of the culturally specific community that this project wishes to serve.
