Livestream the Revolution

The Revolution will be Televised

Join Black Women’s Blueprint will host the 4TH ANNUAL MARCH FOR BLACK WOMEN. Join us virtually as we unite in all our diversity to unapologetically center Black cis, trans and GNC voices in the continued fight for racial and gender justice.  Join us to march because HER Black Life Matters. Virtual Town Hall - it’s time for the revolution, led by Black women to be televised!

We broadcast because HER Black Life Matters.

We broadcast to end violence against Black women.

We broadcast to stop being asked to choose between our race and our gender.

We broadcast to reframe the conversation to be truth based and justice oriented.

We broadcast to call in self-identifying women to vote in the 2020 election. Vote for women of color. Because our vote is a vote for HER Black life

We gather and mobilize in the name of Breonna Taylor, Sandra Bland, Korryn Gaines, and more recently 19-year-old Oluwatoyin Salau who would have been 20 years old this year had she not been snatched from a BLM protest, raped and murdered. This march is for Tony McDade, Jayne Thompson, Atatiana Jefferson, Renisha McBride, and countless other Black women who have been slain in our streets. We amplify our voices alongside others in the name of truth and freedom.

OUR DEMANDS

We demand to be afforded the recognition, dignity, and respect as Black Women we deserve.

We demand justice for the murdered.

We demand meaningful Presidential debates on issues that center Black women and BIPOC.

We demand the passage of the BREATHE Act which divests our taxpayer dollars from brutal and discriminatory policing and invests in a new vision of public safety. * The BREATHE Act is a project of the Movement for Black Lives’ 501(c)4 Electoral Justice Project.

We demand a better VAWA which protects survivors rights.

We demand ratification of the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA) more than a hundred years after it was introduced.

We demand that Title IX protects survivors and not perpetrators
